In exceptional cases, a refund or e-voucher credit may be considered at the sole discretion of the Institute upon written request within seven (7) days of payment. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to administrative deductions.
All fees are charged in GBP. Any currency conversion or bank transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer.
4. Scholarships and Funding
Scholarships or financial support offered by the Institute are conditional and may be withdrawn in cases of non-compliance with programme requirements, misconduct, or breach of these conditions.
Scholarship recipients are expected to act with integrity and uphold the mission and values of the Global Institute.
