Invitation Letter Fee
A mandatory fee of £119 is required for processing your official invitation and visa support. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be considered.
Use of Submitted Information
By applying, participants consent to the use of their name, biography, and submitted materials for promotional or communication purposes related to the masterclass.
Visa Responsibility
Applicants are responsible for obtaining their own French visa. While we provide an official invitation letter and visa guidance, the organisers cannot guarantee visa approval and are not liable for any travel restrictions or denials.
Confirmation of Participation
Invited participants must confirm attendance within the specified timeframe. Failure to confirm may result in the withdrawal of the invitation.
Professional Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and inclusivity. Any misconduct, harassment, or violation of event rules may result in disqualification.

The organisers reserve the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel the masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly in such cases.

Participants are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety. The organisers are available to provide assistance but are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages during the event.
Legal Acknowledgement
By submitting this application, participants agree not to initiate legal action regarding the non-refundable invitation fee and to refrain from any form of defamation or misconduct against the organisers.
